Oshkosh Beer Show #52 - 3rd Sign Brewery

This week, Adam and I check out a very nice Witbier from 3rd Sign, a new brewery from Waunakee, Wisconsin that just began sending its beer to Oshkosh.

    Some suggestions for shows:
    1) regional beers in Wisconsin? Are there differences in Wisconsin beers from Door county vs northern counties vs Milwaukee metro vs Minneapolis area vs Illinois border vs ...?
    2) Wisconsin-grown hops in beers
    3) any brewers catering to new immigrant groups (like the HMong)?
    4) hot trends, besides sour beers?

      Noted. Thanks for the suggestions, I especially like the ideas about Regional beers and Wisco-grown hops.
