Oshkosh Brewing Company Demolition

Here’s a short video I’ve put together about the lead-up to and the demolition of the Oshkosh Brewing Company’s Doty St. brewery in 1986/87.

    I distinctly recall the destruction of both Peoples and Chief Oshkosh breweries. What a shame this beautiful building had to be destroyed. I still have many memories of exploring the brewery buildings in the mid to late 70's as a teenager looking for souvenirs. There was a really cool mural of Chief Oshkosh in the board room near top of brew house. I have never seen a photo of it in any book. The contains many great photos of the brewery before and after demolition. I'm glad someone saved these photos and created this video to preserve the history.
